Why Omniteam exists

Hiring is the highest-leverage decision a company makes — and most teams still get it wrong.

We started Omniteam because we experienced firsthand how broken hiring is. As founders and hiring managers, we watched great candidates get overlooked because of unstructured interviews, while mediocre candidates slipped through because they were good talkers.

The research is clear: structured interviews are 2× more predictive of job performance (Schmidt & Hunter, 1998). Yet most companies still rely on gut feeling, inconsistent questions, and subjective evaluations. The tools available were either bloated enterprise platforms or simple trackers that did nothing to improve hiring quality.

We built Omniteam to change that. We combined decades of hiring science with generative AI to create a single workflow — from job post to evidence-backed decision — where every score links to real interview evidence and every step is auditable. Built in the EU, GDPR-first, and designed for teams that take hiring seriously.
