Connected AI assistants

Use Omniteam from Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.

An owner or admin switches connected AI assistants on; they are off by default. Your assistant then sees only what your own account can see: jobs, candidates, interviews and the Talent Pool. Available on paid plans and during the trial.

Stays in Omniteam

Listings in the Claude and ChatGPT directories are under review. What an assistant receives is processed by its provider under your account terms with that provider. Microsoft Copilot needs setup by your Microsoft administrator and a Copilot licence for each user. Answers can contain mistakes; check the record. Your organization is responsible for this use, including informing candidates.

Every change waits for you.

Changes cover a candidate’s stage or decision; scheduling, inviting to, rescheduling or deleting an interview; creating, updating, publishing or closing a job; and adding Talent Pool profiles to a job. Ask Omni shows an approval card. A connected assistant gives you a link to approve in Omniteam.ai.

Ask Omni names no best candidate and makes no decision.

Asked who is best or to order candidates, Ask Omni declines. It also declines questions about protected traits or emotions and score statistics. Its answers leave out contact details, and interviewers’ scores and notes never reach Ask Omni or connected assistants.
